Optional Morning Campus Tour and Admission Information Session 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.

At the Open House:
- Learn more about the West Bank Arts Quarter, a unique arts district that unites all academic research, performance, exhibition, and classroom facilities for the University’s performing and visual arts programs.
- Participate in real “arts experiences” specific to art, dance, music and theatre, including master classes, workshops and in-depth tours, all led by West Bank Arts Quarter faculty.
- Meet current arts students, faculty and advisors throughout the day, including at the closing reception and social hour in the Nash Gallery.
- See state-of-the-art West Bank Arts Quarter classroom and performance spaces.
Schedule of Events
OPTIONAL General Session 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
8:30 – 9:00 a.m.: Check-in at Rarig Center Lobby for students/families participating in entire day
9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: Office of Admissions & College of Liberal Arts General Information Session - Rarig Center
10:00 – 11:30 a.m.: Campus Tour - Leaves from Rarig Center and Ends at Coffman Memorial Union, Includes Residence Hall Tour
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Lunch on your own at Coffman Memorial Union
12:30 p.m.: Escort to West Bank Arts Quarter – Meets at Coffman Information Desk
West Bank Arts Quarter Visit 12:45 – 5:30 p.m.
12 noon – 12:45 pm: Check-in – Rarig Lobby (for students/families participating in afternoon sessions only)
12:45 – 1 pm: West Bank Arts Quarter Welcome – Rarig Center
1:15 – 2:15 pm: Arts Experiences 1 - Art, Dance, Music Theatre
2:30 – 3:30 pm: Arts Experiences 2 - Art, Dance, Music Theatre
3:45 – 4:45 pm: Information Sessions - Art, Dance, Music Theatre
4:45 pm: Dessert Reception – Regis Center Lobby/Nash Gallery
